Arthur Lee Bailey

Arthur Lee Bailey, 71, of Hilltop, WV passed away, Thursday, September 2, 2021 at the Hilltop, WV. He was born October 12, 1949 in Beckley, WV a son of the late Joe A. and Flossie Mae Workman Bailey. He was a Miner Operator with Mine No.7 Armco, Montcoal, WV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by great grandson, Isacc William Daniel; brothers, Joe A. Bailey and wife, Cassie and brother, Denver Bailey. He is survived by a daughter, Angela and husband, Caleb Halstead of Racine, WV; a grandson, Jackie Dale Daniel of Hinton, WV, great grandson, Jackie Dale Daniel Jr. of Hinton, WV; a sister, Alva Pettry and husband, Elbert of Naoma, WV; a brother, Arvis Bailey and wife, Gladys; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon September 7, 2021 at one o’clock in the Armstrong Funeral Home Whitesville, WV  with Rev. Danny Gilfilen officiating. Interment will follow in the Vealey Cemetery Naoma, WV. The visitation will be 2 hours before service at the funeral home.
