Charles Terrance (Terry) Bowman

Charles Terrance “Terry” Bowman 74, of Naoma, WV passed away peacefully November 24, 2022 in the Princeton Community Hospital, Princeton, WV. He was born November 15, 1948 in Charleston, WV. Terry was a retired union coal miner who loved to be outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping.  He enjoyed racing cars and he was a  great mechanic, telling stories and cracking a joke to make people laugh. He enjoyed gardening and canning vegetables, sitting on the porch and watching the ducks play in the creek.   Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Betty Bowman; a sister, Barbara Hartman; a brother, Richard Bowman. He is survived by wife of 34 years, Gloria Bowman, brothers, Jimmy, Tony, Mark and a sister Sherry Wills; sons, Little Terry, Shawn and wife, Beth; daughters, Jennifer Drovie and husband, Robert, Mariah Bowman of the home, Justin Dickens; grandchildren, Jonathan, Madison, Brooke, Christian, Jacob, Jordan, Kameron, Kaleb, Leland, Xavier, “Rooster”, Emma, Marshall, Terrance; great grandchildren, Tanner, Sylvia, Emmie, Conrad and Audrey. special Aunt, Joy (Edith) Clendenin, a special cousin-in-law, Beverly Swain; special thanks to Tina and his beloved little dog Sassy. Funeral services will held Tuesday afternoon November 29, 2022 at 8:00pm In the Armstrong Funeral Home Whitesville, WV Pastors David & Tammy Pettry officiating. The visitation will begin that evening at 5:00pm. Following the service Charles request was for cremation
