Obituary

Don Ray “Pete” Muller, 90, of Charleston passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023. Pete was born February 25, 1933 in Ansted, WV to the late Wilbur and Orpha Cameron Muller. He retired from Cannelton Coal Co. and was a long-time member of the UMWA. Pete was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Besides his parents and siblings, he was preceded in death by his wife, Inez Richards Muller and ex-wife, Sue Vaughan Muller. Son's Don Muller II, David Richards and Larry Richards. Daughter Tina Muller, and son-in-law, Alvin Guthrie. He leaves behind daughter's: Robin Muller of Charleston WV, Kelly (Tim) Muller-Stover of Franklinville NC and Kay Guthrie of Seth WV. 12 Grandson's, 9 Granddaughter's, 11 Great Granddaughter's and 2 Great Great Granddaughter's. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at two o’clock in the Armstrong Funeral Home, Whitesville with Rev. Stevie Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the Pineview Cemetery Orgas, WV. The visitation will be one hour before the service.
