Dora Cook 88, of Beckley, WV passed away September 25, 2021. She loved attending church and traveling. Dora is survived by four children, Albert Lowell Cook of Rock Creek, WV., Leonard Charles Pettry of Drews Creek, WV., Nathaniel Lyle Pettry of Drews Creek, WV and Schevon Leigh Adkins of Kingsport, TN; daughter-in-laws, Tammy Pettry and Nancy Pettry; one son-in-law, Naoh W. Adkins. Dora had many grandchildren and great grandchildren that were all loved dearly. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon October 1, 2021 At one o’clock In the Armstrong Funeral Home Whitesville, WV Clergy Rev. Jerry Brown, Interment US Cook Cemetery, Naoma, WV Visitation will be 2 hours before the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Stickney Community Church.
