Edith “Mae” Kelly of Arnoldsburg, WV passed away peacefully, Monday, November 6, 2023. She was born in Charleston, WV on Jan. 27, 1947, to the late Hubert and Dollie Adkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Sherman and Willard “Willy” Adkins; also, her first husband, Frank Foster. Those left to cherish her memory is the love of her life, John “JC” Kelly; her brother, Thomas (Gloria) Adkins; sisters, Josphine Phalin and Diana Hodge; her kids: George “GH” Foster, Emmett Foster, Cynthia “Sissy” (Ron) Armentrout, Ronnie Foster, Kathleen Kelly, Jeanette (Dave) Kelly-Gonzales, and Laura (Thomas) Kelly-Meixner; 9 grandkids and 6 great grandkids. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon November 8, 2023, at one o’clock in the Armstrong Funeral Home Whitesville, WV with Clergy Pastor Robbie Brown officiating; Burial will follow in the Pineview Cemetery, Orgas, WV; Visitation will be 2 hours before the service.
