Gary Ray Woodrum

Gary Ray Woodrum, 74, of Orgas, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at the Teay’s Valley Hospital, Hurricane, WV. He was born May 26, 1950 in Orgas, WV a son of the late Ordil and Leola Woodrum. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sibling Erayna Strickland and Michael Woodrum. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Woodrum; three sons, John Massey, Keytron Massey and Angelo Woodrum and one daughter, Alie Woodrum of Orgas, WV; two siblings, Kevin Woodrum and Greg and Lori Woodrum; five grandkids, Rheanna, Aimee, Tyler Massey, Faith, Hope Massey; three great grandkids, Jodi Dawson, Sebastian Massey and Ace Massey. Funeral services will be held Monday, afternoon, October 14, 2024 at one o’clock in the Sylvester Church of God, Sylvester, WV with Bishop Robert Brown and Pastor Ricky Peters officiating; visitation will begin two hours before the service. Interment will follow in the Pineview Cemetery, Orgas WV. Armstrong Funeral Home is serving the family.
