George Bradford

George Lee Bradford, 67, of Delaware, OH passed away January 26, 2024 of natural causes. He was a great father, husband, grandfather, brother, and uncle. George was born on April 24, 1956 to Garrett and Joyce (Acord) Bradford in Rock Creek, WV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a daughter, Lauri; brothers, Jackie, Gordon, and Rocky; and a sister, Brenda. George worked and retired from Nestle and Parker Hannifin. He was a hard working-story telling man who loved his family. He enjoyed fishing hunting and spent many hours volunteering for the Delaware Wildlife Foundation. George’s favorite food was beans, cornbread and fried potatoes. cooked by Susie. He is survived by his wife, Tonya (Toth) Bradford; son, Adam; granddaughter, Maleya; grandsons, Avren Nathan, Payton, Kaden, and Brandon; special neighborhood kids, James and Sean; best buddy, Big Bo and his little, buddy, Kasen; brother, Garrett (Toni) Bradford of Henderson, NV; sisters, Bonnie (Susie) Grim of Beckley, WV, Cassey Yoder and companion, Richard Hall of Marion, OH; brothers-in-law, Daryl (Pat) Toth and Gary (Diane) Clingerman both of AL. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 3, 2024 at two o’clock in the Rock Creek Community Church, Rock Creek, WV with Rev’s Donnie Russell and Adam Buchanan, Visitation will be one hour before the service. Burial will follow in the Williams Bradford Cemetery, Rock Creek, WV.  Armstrong Funeral Home is serving the family.
