Hester Carrol Christian

Hester Carrol Christian, 82, of Dry Crerek, WV went home to be with the Lord, on January 2, 2024 at her home. She was born June 21, 1941, at Dorothy, WV to the late John H. and Irene “Ebert” Kirk. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Denny Christian; grandparents, William A. and Phebe J. “Lewis” Kirk, and Charles A. and Hester, “Duffield” Ebert; sisters, Phoebe Pack, Norma Posey, Billie Posey, Nancy Butler and Ruth Bone. Left to cherish her memory are brother-in-law, Carless Bone of Middletown, OH; nieces and nephews, Jane Crane and husband, Frank, Kevin Posey and wife, Edye, Wesley Bone and wife, Wanda, special cousin Guy Jarrell. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon January 16, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Armstrong Funeral Home Whitesville, WV with Pastor Houston Lafferty officiating. Interment will follow in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Prosperity, WV. The visitation will be 1 hours before the service.
