James Lewis Douglas II

James Lewis Douglas II, 62, of Colcord, WV gained his heavenly wings, Thursday March 16, 2023 at the Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born November 28, 1960 at Spencer, WV. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bernice Douglas and a sister, Shawna Dunbar. Those left to cherish his memory include, his best friend, father, James Douglas Sr; the love of his life, his wife, Jeannie Douglas; kids, Jimbo and Kelly Douglas, Haley and Heath; siblings, Kimberly “Greg” Scarbro, Lisa “Jim” Estep, and Bradley Williams; grandchildren, Elijah “Ciara”, Kylah “Trey” Jennah, Jonah, Layton, Raelynn, many nieces and nephews. He was a disabled coal miner and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with the grandkids. James request was for cremation. A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 19, 2023 at two o’clock in the Pentecostal Freedom Church, Ameagle, WV with Pastor Jeff Shea officiating.
