Joe Cooper Obituary
Joe Cooper, 85, of Whitesville, WV passed away Friday, April 5, 2023 at Charleston, WV after a long illness. He was born February 11, 1938 at Birchton, WV a son of the late Glen and Naomi Cooper. Joe was retired from the shipping industry and served his country in the US Army. He is survived by a son, Joseph Glen Cooper and a grandson, Joseph Austin Ambria. Joe’s request was for cremation only and his ashes to buried at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar, WV at a future date to be announced.
