Jon Cline

Jon Cline, 73, of Seth, WV, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on June 22, 2022, with family by his side. He is survived by his wife Wendy Cline, daughters Elizabeth Filipovski, Misty Clendenin, Hillary Shultz, and Jessica Santonia; son in-laws Justin Clendenin and Adam Santonia; and his beloved grandchildren Haylee, Katie, Trenton, Chase, Adrian, Jacie, Maxwell, Alexandria, and Baby Santonia. Jon was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Dorthy Cline, brother Brad Cline, and Son in-law Jeremiah Doss. Jon was born in Detroit, MI August 27, 1947. He was a proud member of the United States Navy. Jon worked traveling all over the country driving for Leaseway Trucking where he retired. After retiring, Jon built his home in West Virginia with his wife Wendy. He enjoyed telling everyone his many stories he had gained throughout his life. What Jon was most proud of was being a grandfather. He loved spending time with them, and they were all his “Babies.” Poppaw Jon will be Always Loved, Never Forgotten, and Forever Missed. At Jon’s request, there will be no funeral service. Instead, we will be honoring Jon at home with a small family gathering.
