Obituary
Juanita Eskins, 103, of Dunbar, WV formerly of Seng Creek, WV went home to be with the Lord, on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the Gensis Health, Dunbar Center, Dunbar, WV. Juanita was a lifelong member of the Sylvester, Church of God. She was born August 20, 1920, in Ivory Branch, WV a daughter of the late Miles Henderson and Elizabeth Ann Webb Hudson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 8 siblings. She is survived by sons, James Eskins, Gary and Barb Eskins, Kenneth and Linda Eskins, a daughter, Liz and Steve Barker; 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren; a sister, Verna Dodson. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Dunbar Center. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon September 19, 2023, at two o’clock in the Sylvester Church of God Sylvester, WV with Pastor Ricky Peters officiating. Interment will follow in the Miller Cemetery Rock Creek, WV. The visitation will be one hour before the service at the church.
