Lelia Phyllis Riffle, 75, of Sylvester, WV passed away on April 21, 2024 in the CAMC Memorial Hospital, Hospice Division. She was born March 12, 1949 at Charleston, WV a daughter of the late Leff and Prudy Mullins Harkless.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Jo Ann Riffle; siblings, Holly, Charles, Andy, Gene, Basil, Malcolm, Leff Jr. Anna Barker, Juanita. She is survived by her companion of over 40 years, Chris Parsons. She is survived by three daughters, Joyce Riffle-Moore, Tonya Osborne (Matt), and Sarah Parsons; sons, Jackie Riffle and Bobby Parsons (Tina); sisters, Judi Frank and a brother, Cary Harkless (Linda); grandchildren, Nicholas Parsons, Andrew Osborne, Natalyah Osborne, Mark Moore, Amber Moore; great grandchildren, Emmit, Remmington, Mason; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Tuesday May 7, 2024 at twelve o’clock noon in the Mulberry Cemetery, Sylvester, WV. Armstrong Funeral Home is serving the family.
