Linda Gail Skeens,75, went home to be with the Lord on December 30th, 2023. Surrounded by her loved ones. Preceded in death by: Fannie Dickens (mom), Dual Spears(dad), Jim Smith (dad), Gary Spears (brother), Richard Spears (brother), Larry Casto (brother), Linda is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, William Skeens of Beckley, WV; Son, William Skeens Jr.(Linda) of Beckley, WV; Daughter, Belva Perry (Leon) of Comfort, WV; brothers, Roger Spears of St. Albans, WV, Mickey Spears of Tennessee, Kenny Spears of Georgia, David Smith of Charleston, WV; sister, Judy Walker of Madison. 4 grandchildren: Lyndsey Sampson, Sydney Morris, Corey Pendleton, and Samuel Skeens; 1 great grandchild, Kaden Kinder; also, her stepfather, Marvin Dickens. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon January 5, 2024 at one o’clock in the Armstrong Funeral Home, Whitesville, WV with Pastor Ricky Peters officiating. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Pineview Cemetery Orgas, WV.
