Mabel Lee Bell Lemon

Mabel Lee Bell Lemon, 82, of Arnett, WV went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 7, 2022 in the St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, WV after a long illness. She was born May 17, 1939 in Arnett, WV a daughter of the late William P. and Martha A. Workman Lafferty. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sons, Lowell Bell and Donald Brian Lafferty; sisters, Gearldine Cantley and Mary McMillion; brothers, Ralph Lafferty and Arthur Lafferty; two husbands, Marvin J. Bell and Virgil Lemon; nephew, Jeremy Wayne Price. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, James Bell and wife, Christina; three grandchildren, Dustin Suddreth, Tyler Bell, and Donald Byron “Brian” Lafferty; two brothers, Jackie Lafferty and William Lafferty; two sisters, Pam Davidson and Marie Cozart; numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday afternoon March 11, 2022 at one o’clock in the Cook-Lemon Cemetery at Arnett, WV with Pastor Andy Davis. Armstrong Funeral Home is serving the family.
