Martha Frances (Woodrum) Clay

Martha Frances (Woodrum) Clay, 92, of Glen Daniel went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at her home. She was born on November 11, 1931, in Printer, WV and was the daughter of the late Lenoard and Hester Woodrum. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband Ted J. Clay, her 5 brothers and 3 sisters, 3 sons and one daughter. Martha was a devoted wife and mother who cherished family gatherings and creating new memories with loved ones. Martha retired from IVEX Plastics in Grant Park, Illinois. She also enjoyed sewing and gardening. She is survived by her loving son and daughter- Stoney Clay, and Freda (Jose) Rojano; numerous grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Armstrong Funeral Home on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 2pm with Rev. Earl Cooper officiating. Visitation will begin two hours before the service. Interment will follow in the Kemper-Clay Cemetery, Dameron, WV.
