Nanette June Pettry

Nanette June Pettry, 67, 6/27/57-2/8/25 of Naoma, WV, Nan passed at home after a short illness surrounded by family, including her loving husband, of 47 years, Billy Joe (Buck) Pettry. She was also survived by her three children, Billy Pettry II (Shawna) of Beckley, Chuck Pettry (Mary) of Seth, WV, Betty Jo Gray of Sundial, WV and twelve grandchildren, Mercie Grace Pettry, MaKayla Barker (Isaac),Caden (Carolyne), Katelyn, Abigail, Kolton, Cadence, Stella, Brody, Hoss, Makayla Loftis (Matthew), and Caleb (Megan), and one great grandchild Kason Barker along with three surviving brothers, Robert Green (Lisa) of Crab Orchard, Eddie Green (Katy) of Arnett, Roger Green (Christine) of NC and one surviving sister, Susie Belcher of Stickney. Nan longed for her heavenly home and reunion with the parents, she loved and cared for before their passing, Duffy and Carmon Green of Sundial, WV. Along with her parents she joins sisters, Duffena, Betty and Kelly, and a brother, Johnny Green in Heaven, along with many other friends and family members; grand son-in-law, Isaac Barker, family member, Brandon Gray and Nan’s four grandsons will serve as pallbearers along with Pastor Tobie Hilderbrand officiating; her closest friends, Gloria S. and niece, Aimee H. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon, February 18, 2025, at one o’clock in the Armstrong Funeral Home, Whitesville, WV. Visitation will be 2 hours before the service. Interment will follow at Pineview Cemetery, Orgas, WV.
