Rhodena Rae (Faulk) Long

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the sweetest lady Rhodena Rae Faulk Long on August 16,2024. She was born May 26,1945 in Charleston WV. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy R Faulk, Mother, Josephine White, Father, Woodrow Hasel Smith, Stepdad, Harold White, Mommy, Audrey Richards, Daddy, Ernest Richards, Sister, Susan Callahan, and Sisters-in law, Von, Sue, Lou and Doris, brothers-in-law, Kenneth and John. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Roy Lee Faulk (Cindy Ferrell Timberlake), Rhonda Letitia Mortimer aka Tish (Mike). Grandchildren, Courtney Wilson (Megan), Jessica Meadows (Jeff), Carissa Faulk (Josh), and Isaac Mortimer. Great grandchildren Ryleigh Harless, Jensen Elian, Bennett Wilson and the little guy on his way Holden Wilson, brother Wayne Smith (Lorraine), and a special niece Deanna "Amber" Johnson, whom she raised, along with a host of family and friends. The family would like to thank the Dunbar Center and their special care giver, Natalie Haynes for the care of their loved one. Services will be held on Wednesday August 21,2024 at Toney's Branch Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Robert Perdue and Roger Halstead officiating. with visitation will be 11 to noon. Services start at noon and the burial will be at Pineview Cemetery in Orgas WV.  Pallbearers Roy Faulk, Mike Mortimer, Isaac Mortimer, Rick Webb, Wesley Webb, Shawn Harless
