Sandra Kay Bradford Wills, 74, of Rock Creek, WV passed away peacefully holding her daughter’s hand, on January 7, 2021 at the Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. She was born on February 17, 1946 in Eunice, WV, Kay was the youngest child of the late Ervin Edgar and Emma Beatrice Mitchell Bradford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Robert and William Bradford and sisters: Virginia Leedy, Hazel Patrick, Eunice Jarrell and Linda Blankenship. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of fifty-six years, Robert Monroe Wills; daughter, Victoria Lynn (Ivan) Jarrell of Rock Creek, WV; a son, Michael Robert (Melissa) Wills of Bunker Hill, WV; grandchildren: Shelby Lynn and Emma Marie Jarrell of Rock Creek, WV and Lindsey Beth, Kaylyn Noelle and Ian Michael Wills of Bunker Hill, WV; and a sister, Nancy (Leo) Roach of Olmsted Falls, OH. Kay graduated from Marsh Fork High School in 1964, married the love of her life and moved to Cleveland, OH a short time after. She and her family moved back home to Rock Creek where she raised her children and worked as a homemaker. Prior to her illness, Kay was full of life. She was generous, caring and the first to offer help to someone in need. She enjoyed crafting, decorating, shopping and hosting cookouts and holiday parties for her friends and family. To say that family was everything to Kay would be an understatement. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved her husband and children fiercely. She was very close to her sisters and enjoyed visiting with them and their families. More than anything, Kay’s grandchildren, “Nanny’s Angels”, brought her the greatest joy as she loved each of them beyond measure. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Rebecca Chapel Rock Creek, WV. The visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The service will follow at 2:00 pm with Minister Lynn Halstead officiating. Burial will take place at Wills Family Cemetery in Rock Creek, WV. Pallbearers will be friends and family. The funeral services are being provided by Armstrong Funeral Home in Whitesville, WV.
